The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee shall consist of no more than 15 members. The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee shall consist of members who have a vested and objective interest in La Mirada High School Athletics.
Members shall include a current La Mirada High School Administrator, LMHS Alumni, the LMHS Athletic Director, and community members the Committee deems as “stakeholders” in the interests of LMHS Athletics.
Replacement members of the La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee will be conducted by remaining Committee Members as vacancies arise through a process of recommendation by a current committee member and a majority ⅗ vote by the Committee.
Care shall be exercised to select members who have knowledge of the athletic history of LMHS and are representative of the various periods of that history.
Committee Members may be removed from the Committee when such action will serve the best interest of the La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee and must be by ⅗ vote of remaining members.
Meetings
Meetings of the La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee shall be held at such a place as designated by the Committee.
Presence of 51% of the Committee’s members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
