The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee adopts the following Bylaws for the Selection Committee
Selection Committee
The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee shall consist of no more than 15 members. The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee shall consist of members who have a vested and objective interest in La Mirada High School Athletics.
Criteria For Selecting Induction Class
The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee will be responsible for the selection of La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame inductees. The committee will meet every year to vote on candidates for the LMHS Hall of Fame.
Induction Ceremony
The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony shall be held each spring at the Hall of Fame Banquet.
Requirements and Procedures for Nomination
In order to maintain the integrity of the La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame, nominees must exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and character. All candidates will be judged on their significant and or long-term contributions to athletic endeavors.
Financial
The La Mirada High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee will provide financial support for all LMHS Athletic Hall of Fame activities.
